This Privacy Policy describes the private Google Workspace integration (“gog CLI”) operated by John David Wright LLC for the account owner’s own use.
Data accessed
With the user’s explicit Google authorization, the integration may access Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Contacts as needed to perform commands initiated by the user.
Use and sharing
Google user data is used only to carry out commands initiated by the authorized account owner. It is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials are stored locally in the user’s macOS Keychain. The integration does not operate a separate server-side database of Google user data. Files or outputs explicitly requested by the user may be stored locally.
Retention and deletion
Revoking the app in Google Account security settings or removing the local gog authorization ends access. Locally generated files may be deleted by the user.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
